We are committed to providing ongoing skills training for all of our legal professionals and operations staff. Our legal staff take part in our internal mentoring program to enhance their professional & personal development. Operations staff are also encouraged to enhance their professional and personal development by taking part in our Education Reimbursement Program.

Wellness

Singleton Reynolds strives to understand the balance between your career and your personal goals, and encourages our legal and
operations staff in the pursuit of their interests outside of the firm. Our health, safety and wellness program offers lunchtime seminars, wellness initiatives and an employee assistance program that provides confidential assistance on a variety of personal wellness support services. We also have a Fitness Reimbursement program supporting firm members in the pursuit of their personal fitness goals. At Singleton Reynolds, we host a number of formal and informal social events throughout the year, fostering a spirit of collegiality and co-operation at all levels of the firm.

Community Involvement

Our lawyers and staff are involved in a variety of community-oriented organizations including the Habitat for HumanityArts UmbrellaLipstick BrigadeQmunity and the Lawyers’ Benevolent Fund (Battle of the Bands), to name just a few.

We have also been very involved in raising funds for local children’s charities such as the British Columbia Childhood Cancer Parents’ Association (BCCCPA) and Athletics For Kids through our annual golf tournament.
