Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP (Singleton Reynolds) is excited to welcome as Counsel in our Corporate Commercial Practice Group.

Irene Stewart’s practice includes financings, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and commercial agreements, including shareholders, partnership and joint venture agreements and construction contracts.

In her over twenty-five years of practise, Irene has developed a strong client base relating to the real estate, construction, manufacturing, shipping and hospitality industries. She primarily represents closely held and large corporations in corporate, commercial and real estate matters.

Irene has extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of residential and commercial real estate projects involving the acquisition and development of properties, syndicating ownership through limited partnerships and other vehicles, obtaining regulatory approvals, and construction and sale of projects. Irene is also involved in the financing and acquisition of hydro power projects.

Her other areas of expertise include banking, secured debt and equity transactions, sale and leasing agreements, property management and acquisition, rezoning and development of properties.
