Harpreet is Senior Counsel in the Insurance Law, Commercial Business, and Construction and Infrastructure Practice Groups at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP. She has a broad range of expertise and has represented clients in contract disputes, negligence claims, insurance matters, professional liability complaints and disciplinary actions, estate actions, and construction matters.

In defending professional complaints, Harpreet has successfully negotiated discrete and tailored resolutions with regulatory bodies across Canada including, the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors, College of Alberta Psychologists, College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia, College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia, College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia, College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners & Acupuncturists of British Columbia, Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.

With over 14 years of advocacy experience, Harpreet has considerable expertise in all areas of litigation and dispute resolution and has represented clients at trials, mediations and arbitrations.
